It sucks up way more battery life than the D7100/D7200. All around for the price, it was still worth it. Sometimes I still wish I had purchased the 40D at a comparable price. The software also defaults to save your original pic. I use it with my one year old PHOTO4LESS lens.

It has a very similar look to a high end smartphone screen. I don't feel like I ever need any other lenses. I have not used the remote yet so I can't comment on that. Great Beginners DSLR Camera package my kids love it! I have really enjoyed putting this lens through its paces.

First four pictures I took and they came out great! The battery that does come with the camera lasts a long time. So pleased with all the features. All around for the price, it was still worth it. However on contacting Canon about it, they sent us a memory card.
